Procedure and Requirements to Get New Qatar ID Card

Qatar National ID Card issued to those people, who are over 18 years, for their dependent. The dependents must not already have IDs.

Applicant can apply for new Qatar National ID Card on the behalf of given listed below.

(1). On the behalf of sons and unmarried daughters.

(2). On the behalf of brothers and unmarried sisters.

(3). On the behalf of grandchildren except for married females (children of sons only).

(4). On the behalf of children of brothers.

Dependents between 12 and 65 years old need to provide additional bio metrical data to a Ministry of Interior kiosk before the application can be fully processed. Applicant can apply ID only once at a time.

Require Documents:

(1). Required two recent photos.

(2). Required Original Passport and Passport Copy.

(3). Required a copy of birth certificate.

(4). Required  parents’ ID Card.

(5). Required blood group certificate.

(6). Required Parent/Guardian approval.

Fee Detail:

You have to pay application fee QAR100 per dependent.

Important Note:

(1). 12 years old applicant should appear in person.

(2). Qatar National ID Card validity is five years for citizens under 16 years old, and 10 years old for citizens above 16 years.
