Health Card is very useful in Qatar. If you have a health card, than you will easy to to ensure proper medical care in absence of private insurance. If you have a health card than you will get medical care on low price than at a government clinic or Hospital. If you have a Qatar residence permit than you can get health card easily.
Required Documents:
(1). Required Residency Permit.
(2). Required Passport copy of applicant.
(3). Required Qatar ID Card.
(4). Two Photos required size 4×3 cm, with blue background.
(5). Application fee QAR100.
(6). You have to provide Copy of water and electricity bill to confirm your address.
(7). Required children valid birth certificate and vaccination cards.
Important Note:
You should collect your all above mentioned documents and complete your application form. Than you submit your documents your nearest medical center. Your health card issued at the spot. If your child born in Qatar than no need to make health card for your children.
If you want to renew your health card, at any Qatar General Post Office. You will receive your health card within two to three weeks submitting the application.
