In my this useful article, here much information for expatiates about employment contract under Qatar law. In Employment Contract all kind of details about employee service like limitations on working hours etc.
When employee sign a contract, employee should read all terms and conditions, employment contract should be in English while employee can understand about contract.
It is impossible to work in Qatar for expatriate, with out understand the contract situation and written contract it is not possible to work in Qatar for a expatriate.
Three copies of employment contract should be attested by Department, one copy of contract should me hand over party and other should be submitted at department.
According to Qatar law employment contract should be listed the name of employer, employer work place, name , qualifications, nationality, profession and residence, nature and work type, date of start work and end of work date, contract period, wages detail, payment schedule and after service benefits.
