Documents Requirements and Procedure to Get NBI In Qatar

I am going to inform you about NBI Clearance in Qatar. In Qatar NBI Card is very useful. So if you want to apply for working Visa or Labor card, NBI Card is necessary documents that you need this one during apply. So if you want to get NBI in Qatar , than you have to follow some steps and some necessary documents also required for this process.

Required Documents:

(1). Two recent Photos required with white background size 2×2.

(2). Required Passport Copy.

(3). Application Fee is QAR100.

Process Of NBI:

(1). First of all you go to Philippine Embassy is located Street No. 860, Zone 68, Jelaiah Area, Doha, Qatar. Phone number is (+974) 4483 1585.

(2).  Fingerprint process of NBI Clearance applicant.

(3). When fingerprint process complete, than Embassy representative will give you the fingerprint form, stamped, singed and attached photos.

Required Documents In Philippine:

You have to send your documents to Philippine to your representative, documents mentioned below.

(1). Your Fingerprint form from Embassy.

(2). Two Copies of Your Passport.

(3). You have to signed  authorization letter address to NBI for your representative.

(4). You have to Signed authorization letter address to DFA (for Red Ribbon /authentication) for your representative.

(5). You can send your valid ID Card with your valid sign.

(6). Fee of application.

Note:

Documents sending fee is QAR55 through Q-Post. Through DHL Fee of is QAR9.

 Process In Philippine:

(1). Your representative in Philippines should bring your all documents to the Main NBI Clearance Office. Your NBI Clearance process will take only one day.

(3). When you receive your NBI Clearance, You should go to Department of Foreign Affairs Authentication Division to authenticate the documents.

• Process fee is Php100 for normal process in five days.
• Process fee is Php200 for urgent process in two days.

Important Note:

Inform your representative to send your NBI Clearance to Qatar for more pending process.

In Qatar Process:

(1). At the end you should bring back your documents to Philippine Embassy in Qatar form stamping and authentication. You have to pay fee QAR100.

(2). After completation all process than you should go to Ministry of Foreign Affair for attestation your NBI Clearance. Fee is QAR20 only with your debit/credit cards.
